PicOfTheWeek: SousVide strip steaks ready for the grill

SousVide Supreme loaned me one of their water bath cookers. I had to try it with grilled steaks. These steaks are done - cooked to 130°F internal, the rare side of medium-rare. They're headed for a quick sear on the grill.

SousVide Supreme model. They sent me one with the water bath.
