DOUGLAS / JULY 7, 2015 (EDIT) I use GrillGrates on my Big Green Egg. Salt and pepper or steak rub. Pre heat to 450–500 degrees and give GrillGrates time to get hot. For a 1.5 inch steak, grill for about 3 minutes then make a quarter turn and grill for 3 more minutes. Flip and do the same on the other side. Pull when internal temp is 125–130 for med rare.
