My favorite pork for a crowd is pulled pork. I smoke it on the grill and finish in the oven. I make a vinegar sauce and it's the best.
Jim Taylor
Rotisserie pork with a nice rub. Would like to try doing ribs on the spit.

Grill or smoker? Pork is best on my Smokey Mountain smoker but since you specified grill...pork tenderloin is a fast, easy, delicious week night meal. I marinade in a variety of homemade marinades but my favorite is Asian inspired soy/ginger/pineapple creation.
Melissa

I've made it three times already since I read the post this summer - BBQ pulled pork on the grill!

My favorite this last summer was Alton Brown's Grilled Pork Tenderloin. The post grilling soak in the reserved marinade really infused the flavor.

My favorite pork on the grill is big fat juicy chops and some grilled peaches.
