We love country ribs that have been covered with my husband's famous dry rub. He cooks them low and slow. They melt in your mouth!

I love to grill pork chops and I also love to grill an Asian marinated tenderloin. But the real reason I hope to win is that my grandmother had a pig wooden cutting board up at a Northern Wisconsin cottage. I spent my summers up there and sure would like the memories that board brings back to me!!!

Pork shoulder, slow cooked on the grill. Rubbed with Tony Cachere's. Or kist in the oven with salt and pepper. As my Dad said "you can't mess up a pork shoulder".

I've taken to smoking pork. I have a pretty good program down for my ribs, my pulled pork is requested for every family get together, and I've had fun making my own bacon....but, after picking up some super sale priced pork at the market I discovered something different...the chicken wing of the pig....Chicago style riblets!

Am I kicked out of the clubhouse? Because I usually do pork in the oven, the slow cooker, or the George Foreman grill. And my favorite is pulled pork. The family raves!
