    Browning Beef for Beef Broth

    Making a batch of Browned Beef Broth to counter the last gasp of winter. (This is the last gasp of winter, right? I mean, it has to be...)

    I tossed everything in the oven for an hour at 400°F to brown, flipping it halfway. Next stop, all the meat and those delicious juices go into the pressure cooker.

      Mmmm marrow and osso bucco! Bet the stock was good though. I've pinned the recipe to try out soon.
