Making a batch of Browned Beef Broth to counter the last gasp of winter. (This is the last gasp of winter, right? I mean, it has to be...)
I tossed everything in the oven for an hour at 400°F to brown, flipping it halfway. Next stop, all the meat and those delicious juices go into the pressure cooker.
