PicOfTheWeek: Burning chile seeds for black mole

This is where I was thinking “there’s no way this recipe will work”. But, it turned out beautifully, even with the completely charred chile seeds.

Two other thoughts:

  • Standing downwind from burning chile seeds is like being tear gassed.
  • So…new profile picture? Too demonic?
