Recipe Testing – Pressure Cooker Cheesecake

Trying to get the timing right for pressure cooker cheesecake. I made three, with different timings; 16 minutes, 24 minutes, and 35 minutes. The results were inconclusive – we’ll have to test again. The kids definitely enjoyed the taste test – even the failures.

Sharing is caring!

Hi! I’m Mike Vrobel. I’m a dad and an enthusiastic home cook; an indie cookbook author and food blogger with a day job, a patient spouse, and three kids who would rather have hamburgers for dinner.

  1. Mary Lockhart says

Depends on added dairy. Cheese only. Go short. W extra yogurt or egg go long. 25 min is creamy but completely set. Will continue to cook in hot pan on counter.

  2. I do a PC cheese cake recipe that is great. People are surprised when they eat it that I made it in a PC. The job of taste tester must be enjoyable! Looking forward to your final version
