    You look like you’re having lots of fun! I use my TS8000 for searing meats, but I’ve never tried it on the more delicate crème brûlée. Are there any downsides to using this as opposed to a smaller torch dedicated to that kind of thing?

    I love your site and insight by the way! 🙂

    Mike, That looks like the Bernzomatic TS4000 Trigger Start Torch or is it the Yaetek Trigger Start Torch, Cast Aluminum Torch Head. Which one is it? Thanks
