    Have a question for you:

    When I make the pressure cooker cheesecake I use the Nordic Ware springform pan, spraying it with Pam prior to pouring in the mix and I’ve never had to use anything to release the pan from the cake as you suggest. It simply pulls away, leaving the outer edge of the cake intact.

    Is the sticking an issue with other pans?
