Congrats Mike, about time someone wrote about the weber rotisserie with knowledge. I could never understand why Weber could not write and post about the techniques involved and how great meats come out using this method. I've been using the rotisserie for the bird for about 5 years and will never do it differently. Every meat I've done this way comes out great. I think maybe Weber doesn't want people to know, otherwise why have they not preached about it? I will look into your cookbooks, never too old to learn something.
