I know I go on about chili - it's one of my favorite things to make, and to eat - but especially for Superb Owl Sunday.
I don’t know why the Superb Owl anagram for the Super Bowl entertains me so much, but it does. Oh yes, It does.
Ahem. Where was I? Oh yes, chili. My game day contribution is a big pot of chili for a crowd. Two pots, actually - I make one with chunks of beef for the hard-core carnivores, and one with ground turkey and beans for the wimpy chili fans.1

- Not that there’s anything wrong with wimpy chili. It’s what I grew up with, and I still love it. ↩
