
I needed a hearty oven bake, one that I could serve to a mix of guests, some vegetarian, some not. I pulled out a bag of chickpeas, my pressure cooker, and a cast iron pan, and got to work on these baked chickpeas with a bread crumb crust. Hearty, filling chickpeas…that vegetarians will eat.
