    Throwback Thursday: Greek Potatoes

Need a side dish while self distancing? The Instant Pot isn’t just for the main course - I use it for quick side starches as well. A pot of beans, a bowl of rice…or these baby potatoes with garlic, lemon, and herbs. Baby potatoes and pressure cooking are a great combination - I can cook them through in under 10 minutes, then brown them in the same pot, and toss them with salt and pepper, herbs and garlic to add flavor.
