Went out for dinner with friends, to a local Korean restaurant, Seoul Garden in Cuyahoga Falls, and had daeji-bulgogi, or Korean BBQ pork. Seoul Garden serves it like fajitas, on a smoking hot cast-iron sizzle plate, and the smell was heavenly as they brought it to the table.
Which reminds me…I haven’t made weeknight Korean BBQ in a while…
