Now that November is here, I’m thinking about turkey, which reminded me of this turkey drumstick and bean soup. (Well, that and the bag of pinto beans in my pantry.) I don’t have a leftover drumstick for this one, so I picked up a smoked turkey leg from my grocery store, and soup is on the menu for dinner tonight.
