Air Fryer Asparagus is a quick and simple side dish. Air frying brings out the sweetness in asparagus, and it is ready in 10 minutes, perfect for a weeknight vegetable.

- 12 ounces Asparagus, tough ends trimmed (1 store-bought bundle)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Fennel Garlic Seasoning, All-Purpose Seasoning, or SPG Seasoning blend
(or use ½ teaspoon fine sea salt and ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper)
Instructions
- Prep the asparagus: Put the trimmed asparagus spears on a plate, drizzle with the olive oil, sprinkle with the seasoning (or salt and pepper), and toss to coat the asparagus spears with the oil and seasoning.
- Air fry the asparagus at 400°F for 8-12 minutes depending on thickness: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Put the asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cooking time depends on thickness: for thin asparagus, air fry for 8 minutes; medium asparagus for 10 minutes, or thick asparagus for 12 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
- Serve and enjoy: Remove the asparagus to a platter, drizzle with a little extra olive oil (optional), serve, and enjoy!
