I'm on vacation, spending a week at my family's cottage on the shores of Lake Erie. Then, the week after that I'm recovering from hernia surgery. (Fun!)

I got one too, my wife bought it for me! I had been grumbling about not having one and every decent pressure cooker recipe being written for the IP...
It arrived today and this weekend is alleged to be rainy, so I’ll peruse the site and find something to cook.
