    Dear Mike. Love your recipes. I have been using old standbys from your early days. I was unaware that you had written a cookbook. I consider myself a pretty good rotisserie guy, but your recipes are my go-to for a lot of new things. The decision to buy rotisserie grilling, 50 recipes was a no brainer. Thanks! Another Dad who cooks dinner.

  2. You don’t want food on the rotisserie spit over your lit burners. So, if what you’re cooking fits between the two lit burners, do that; if not, try shifting the food over and using the heat from the one burner and the IR rotisserie burner. Good luck!
