    Dear Mike. Love your recipes. I have been using old standbys from your early days. I was unaware that you had written a cookbook. I consider myself a pretty good rotisserie guy, but your recipes are my go-to for a lot of new things. The decision to buy rotisserie grilling, 50 recipes was a no brainer. Thanks!   2. You don’t want food on the rotisserie spit over your lit burners. So, if what you’re cooking fits between the two lit burners, do that; if not, try shifting the food over and using the heat from the one burner and the IR rotisserie burner. Good luck!
