      Wife asked me the other night ... "I'll have the ham and lots of other stuff in the oven on Christmas, can you do a turkey breast on the rotisserie?" Well HELL YAH I can baby! Figured it would be pretty straight forward, but came here just to double check with the master. Will use your brine rec too. Will let you know how it goes. Thanks Mike!!!
