Mine arrived a few days ago. I too was an early adopter, and while I was happy with basic white, the fact that I needed a 240V version delayed mine.
In addition to your experience, I found it a little disturbing that it can only be set to half a degree precision. 62.8°C eggs are a thing of the past. Still I suspect 63°C eggs are not a lot different. I also find it off putting that you need to change the units (F to C or back) if you want to use the inbuilt timer. Still since the timer can only be set in multiples of 5 minutes I probably won't use that "feature". I also find the lack of a power switch disturbing.

Still, like you I would recommend it to anyone looking to move beyond a beer cooler sous vide setup. What am I saying? I just cut a hole in the top of the beer cooler and kept using it. Only with greater accuracy. Actually I did that when I got my anova one. My ideal unit would combine the best features of the two. Unlike the Supreme, They take up next to no space in the cupboard. And unlike the Anova One, I can use it in my little (7 litre) stockpot. Which is why my beer cooler now has a hole in the lid.

"Sous Vide °Celsius" latest release 3.1 added support for the new Anova Precision Cooker. Supposedly, Anova will put out the official Iphone app in the next few weeks.......
I have an Android Smart Phone and opted for Palagraphs unofficial Anova Remote......very basic(no recipes or cooking calculations) but it works.... but even, with bluetooth I can't get too far from my kitchen

Ordered the black one on December 31st and got it on January 9th. Just wish the Bluetooth app was available. Looking forward to experimenting with it and exploring this website
