I can’t stop making these carnitas. I’m trying to restrain myself, to rotate something else in on Taco Tuesday, but the technique is so easy, and so good – tender pressure cooked pork shoulder with a crispy pan-seared crunch. I’m getting hungry again just thinking about it.
