Throwback Thursday: Simple Chicken Legs

Pressure Cooker Chicken Legs with Herb Rub | DadCooksDinner.com
Ready to lock the lid

This is one of the simplest pressure cooker recipes I have. It’s more of a cooking technique than a recipe, but it’s exactly right for a busy weeknight. Need to get some quick chicken legs on the table? Memorize this technique, so you don’t even have to look at the recipe.

(OK, OK, I can never remember exact pressure cooker timings, so I always have to look at the recipe to remind myself. “How long under pressure is that again? Twenty minutes? (checks phone), No, thirty. OK, good to go.)
