    What my rotisserie wants to be when it grows up...

    Published: Jan 26, 2010 · Modified: May 15, 2022 by Mike Vrobel · This post may contain affiliate links · 3 Comments

    This is what my grill wants to be when it grows up, and is old enough for a driver's license:

    I'm going to have to try the drip pan caramelized onions. That's genius.
    *And, darn it, now I'm hungry for some rotisserie chicken. Time to fire up the grill.

    They also lead this video from the Wall Street Journal about gourmet food trucks.  I know where I'm going for lunch the next time I'm in San Francisco.

      @Pam:

      A couple more kids? It looks like I'd have to round out to an even dozen kids to eat all that chicken.

      On the other hand, we're going to have three teenagers, eventually.
      *He says, hoping that it takes a long time for his cute little kids to grow up. Even though Ben will be 9 this summer.

      I remember my mom's shopping trips when my brothers were teenagers. They usually involved two shopping carts. When I remember that, I wonder if that grill would be big enough!

      With a grill like that you're gonna need to have a couple a more kids... or start a rotisserie chicken business! As long as they were cooked in chicken drippings, I could practically live off those potatoes and onions, but I suppose that wouldn't count for Meatless Mondays, eh?
