    Instant Pot Thai Curry Recipes

    I love Thai Curry Paste when I need dinner on a busy weeknight. I can get a complex dish that wows my family in almost no time, thanks to pressure cooking in my Instant Pot. And, thanks to the wide variety of curry paste flavors, I can switch up my meals, from spicy Green curry paste, medium-hot Red curry paste, and mild Massaman curry paste.
