Throwback: Risotto from Milan

I miss travel.

When I went to Italy, I was on my way to Verona for a food writing retreat. I flew in through Venice, but most of the other writers came in through Milan. I loved Venice, but wished I had the time to visit this great city they were all talking about. Someday I’ll get a chance to go back to Italy – someday – but until then, I’ll make this risotto and dream.
