
Spring is here, allegedly. (Here in Northeast Ohio, we had three seasons of weather last week: 2 inches of snow on Monday, showers and 60s by Friday, and then 85 and sunny over the weekend. (And this week? Today’s high is 41. April, April, she doesn’t know what she wants.)
In spite of the weather, Asparagus season is here, so I’m making this recipe tonight, and hoping it will convince Spring that it’s time to stay.
