Don’t talk about the weather…don’t talk about the weather…don’t…oh, never mind.

As the wind howled, I dug through my recipe archives looking for this Red Chile Broth. I needed comfort and warmth and a hit of chile heat to buck me up. I found it, and…wow, what a mess. I tidied up the instructions, updated the pictures, and re-posted it. Enjoy!
