    Weber's New TV Commercial

    Published: May 3, 2010 · Modified: Feb 6, 2015 by Mike Vrobel · This post may contain affiliate links · 6 Comments

    I've expressed my love for Weber grills before.  Needless to say, when I saw this commercial, I couldn't stop smiling...

    And the song, "Light Me Up", is downloadable from weber.com here.

    While we're on the topic of Weber's advertising... Congratulations to Mike over at AnotherPintPlease! One of his pictures is on the front page of Weber.com. He's the "bald fool sprawled out" on top of his new Weber Summit 650 box (2nd row, 3rd picture from the right side).  Go check him out.

      @Mia Pata:

      My quickie recommendations:

      If you want charcoal, get the Weber One-Touch gold.

      If you want gas, get the Weber Genesis E-300 series.

      If you want a monster like I have, look at the Weber Summit series...I love my 650 (but I loved my Genesis for years, I just wanted the extra space, and I use my Weber charcoal grill a lot during the summer.)

      As for the dancing? I thought about it, but I don't want to inflict my dancing "skills" on you guys...

      LOVE this Weber commercial!!! We're on the market for a new grill...guess this one will be on the top of the list! Mike, you need a video "dancing" with your Weber. LOL

      Maybe that could be your next contest.

      @Mike:

      Thanks! I've been pushing myself; my goal for the year is to have three posts a week. I had a two week cushion...until two weeks ago. A combination of spring viruses, family events, and coaching kids' soccer has me down to only a few posts "in the can". I've got a bunch of stuff ready to go, and more ideas than I know what to do with...I just need to find the time to get it posted.

      Thanks Mike...and right back at ya! I just wish I could keep up your pace! I don't know how you are able to do it all.

      @Mike:

      You're welcome. I'm always inspired by the grilling pictures on your blog. You have a great combination excellent food shots, the weber grills...and the beer.

      Hey Mike, thanks for the shout out! I agree with you completely about Weber's latest ad campaign too. It's brilliant!
