When people talk about impulse purchases, they’re usually not talking about cuts of meat. But, hey, I am who I am. The cross-cut short ribs at my local Whole Foods looked so good – I had to buy them. And, while I was there, I added a bundle of cilantro, a jar of red curry paste, and a can of coconut milk to my basket. Dinner was set – coconut ribs in Thai curry sauce.
