As I mentioned earlier this week, my kids are gochujang fanatics. But, unlike that wings recipe, they usually use it as a topping. They like to drizzle it on almost any Asian flavored dish – like these Korean short ribs.
This is my Instant Pot version of Kalbi Jjim, Korean braised short ribs. (If you’re looking for Korean BBQ ribs, you want thin-sliced and grilled ribs.) Tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs, with a sweet soy braising sauce, perfect with plain white rice. Oh, and of course, a drizzle of gochujang.
