Hi! I’m Mike Vrobel. I’m a dad and an enthusiastic home cook; an indie cookbook author and food blogger with a day job, a patient spouse, and three kids who would rather have hamburgers for dinner.

I am going to go out on a limb and try the pressure cooker one the year…. I have always done the “giant boiling pot” or the slow cooker…. Cabbage goes in at the end…. Always a half sheet pan of every root veggie I could find roasted in the oven and fresh soda bread/dinner rolls to go with. I only have stovetop PC (actually 3 of them) to try this…. Hopefully goes good…

    Thanks for all you do….

Sir, All about pot roast and a bunch of roasted root veggies for me….

Ps…. Btw…. St. Patrick’s Day is on Tuesday here in Michigan…. Must be one heck of a time change this year….
