Throwback Recipe: Brown Rice in the Pressure Cooker

Today’s Throwback Thursday recipe is…

Um…what’s that? It’s Friday already? Whoops. I’m slow getting back in the groove after vacation.

Anyhow…here is this week’s throwback recipe, Pressure Cooker Brown Jasmine Rice. My daughter is on a healthy eating kick, and makes a batch of brown rice every week. She packs 2-quart containers with this rice, grilled chicken breasts, and steamed broccoli, and she has lunches ready to go. (I’m so proud! My little girl is all grown up, and cooking!)
