Throwback Thursday: Mac and Cheese

Pressure Cooker Mac and Cheese – Step by Step Tower

This is the recipe that really made my blog take off. For a while, it was the number one result for pressure cooker mac and cheese on Google. It may have lost its Google ranking1, but it’s still one of my favorites.

I’m making a double batch of mac and cheese tonight. My kids are helping decorate their high school for the Big Rivalry Game™, and Dad Cooks Dinner needs to show his support.

(And, normally I prefer the stainless steel inner pot for my Instant Pot, but for this recipe I pull out the nonstick inner pot to make it easier to clean up.)

  1. It’s down to #4, which is a huge difference on Google. I remember reading somewhere that the #1 result gets 95% of the clicks, #2 gets 4%, and every other entry on the 1st page gets a slice of the remaining 1%.
