Throwback Thursday: Pressure Cooked Potato Salad

A red bowl of potato salad, on a wooden table, in front of a bowl of cherry tomatoes and a watermelon.

Summer weekends are for cookouts. I want to be out in the back yard, standing near my grill, with a tasty beverage in my hand.

And that’s where my Instant Pot helps out. It makes side dishes, like a pot of beans, some rice, or this potato salad, so I can get back out to the great outdoors. Well, at least the great outdoors of my back yard.
