Throwback Thursday: Turkey Chili

Instant Pot Turkey Chili with Small Red Beans

Chili with ground meat and beans is my comfort meal. It’s one of the first recipes I learned to make, and one I can make on autopilot. And, thanks to my pressure cooker, I can make it with with dried beans on a weeknight. (As long as I remember to soak the beans overnight.)

Tuesday night’s autopilot recipe was ground turkey chili with small red beans. Here’s my recipe:
