    Mike - Love the book. Have you ever tried to roast a whole suckling pig? If so how did you do it?

    Have you ever tried a stuffed, deboned chicken on the rotisserie (a la Jacques Pepin see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfY0lrdXar8). I'm wondering if it would hold together well if tied as illustrated by Pepin in the video.

      I have not - my de-boning skills are nowhere near Mr. Pepin's - but I trust his work (and his trussing). It should work fine.

    I've been using your Rotisserie Grilling book for several years now and the food always comes out great. It's my go-to book for my charcoal rotisserie grill. However, it's missing something, Fish. I'd love to try a whole fish on the rotisserie. Can it be done? Any recipes?

      No fish recipes yet - fish is tricky because it is so tender - the weight of the fish pulls it off of the spit. I'm going to try again this summer, though, so stay tuned.
